Finished parts can be as small as just a few square inches to over 100 square feet. Our ability to produce extremely large parts helps eliminate the need to segment unusually large customer products thus allowing for greater design flexibility and lower finished part cost. Most of Medallion’s machines are computer controlled which helps to ensure a very high level product consistency from part-to-part and run-to-run. Almost all of our thermoforming machines have undergone custom engineering modifications to further enhance our ability to meet the demanding quality requirements of our customers. Medallion’s manufacturing experts use this specially engineered equipment to provide our customers with products that would normally prove challenging or even impossible for other thermoforming operations. Medallion has the ability to manufacture thermoformed plastic products using a wide assortment of different raw plastic materials, each one featuring its own unique properties and advantages. These raw materials include ABS, TPO, PC/ABS, Acrylic, Polystyrene, and Polyethylene. Where needed, many of these raw materials can be provided in UV-resistant form for outdoor applications.
